The possibility of producing electrical power in Algeria from low geothermal and solar heat resources is addressed using a hybrid generation hypothetical system based on combined flash-binary cycle with equal contributions energy. To improve their efficiency, energy integration techniques were used to recover waste the steam turbine by preheating working fluid R134a bottoming binary, which represents 30% acquired ORC cycle. Aspen HYSYS application was for simulation modeling. A contact between wane pressure at binary turbine's intake must be made obtain greatest out plant. According findings, perfect flashing flash optimal cycle's are 450 kPa 3340 kPa, respectively. overall thermal efficiency plant calculated 3823 kW 16.1 %, respectively, these pressures, demonstrating significant thermodynamic advantage over each component systems.
